- What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?
Dolphin Retreat holds six adult guests comfortably in the three bedrooms.
- Is smoking or pets allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests and the villa, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa. Pets are not allowed.
- Does the pool back on to other properties/walls etc.?
Dolphin Retreat backs on to a canal that runs along the rear of the property.
- How do we locate/enter the property?
Directions and a unique lockbox entry code will be sent to you two (2) weeks before your planned arrival date. All rentals will be taken through a complete property inspection and turn-over process on arrival or within a day of arrival (depending on the time of your arrival at the villa).
- Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?
The villa is equipped for all your likely requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The villa also has four portable beach chairs and a beach umbrella that can be used for your outings to the beach. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet paper rolls etc. is provided and you will be responsible for top-up as required.
- Is the pool heated?
The Dolphin Retreat offers a heated pool and spa for year-round use.
- Are there stores/groceries near by?
The villa is minutes away from a 24-hour convenient store. Supermarkets and malls are 10-15 minutes away.
- Are there any Restaurants nearby?
There is a wealth of restaurants in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and other surrounding communities, it will be up to you to discover. See Boca Raton magazine in the house. We have provided recommendations on the website that could be considered.
- Are there any medical services nearby?
Hopefully you will not need these services, but for peace of mind, the property is within close proximity of an MD NOW walk-in medical clinic.
- What house services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival; the pool and grounds are tended to once a week by our service providers. Garbage and recycling is carried out by the city on a set schedule, this information will be provided upon arrival.
- How do I book/reserve my dates?
Simply go to the home page and input your arrival, departure dates and the number of guests (adults/children). The site will provide immediate availability and provide a price quote that is guaranteed.
- Can I get additional cleaning and laundry services during my stay?
Yes, once your booking is confirmed inform us of this requirement. We will establish the time/date and costs for the requested additional services. It can also be done on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate such requests within the ground crew availability.
